All products are intended for professional salon and commercial use unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation. We accept payment through approved payment gateways displayed on our website.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary due to courier schedules, stock availability, or external factors beyond our control. The Salon Furniture Hub is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery access is suitable for large or bulky items.

6. Risk & Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership of goods remains with The Salon Furniture Hub until full payment has been received.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law. Change-of-mind returns may not be accepted for commercial or bulky items.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

Any damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photographs. Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

9. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply where specified. Warranty coverage does not extend to normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modifications, or lack of maintenance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Salon Furniture Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
