Shipping Coverage

We deliver Australia-wide, including metro, regional, and selected remote areas. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact our team before placing your order.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

  • In-stock items: Dispatched within 1–3 business days
  • Metro areas: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Regional areas: 5–12 business days after dispatch
  • Remote areas: Delivery times may vary

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and may be affected by courier delays or peak periods.

Freight & Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for bulky or oversized items. Large furniture items are shipped using specialised freight carriers.

For bulk orders or complete salon fitouts, our team will provide a customised freight quote.

Delivery Method

Most large furniture items are delivered via kerbside delivery. This means items are delivered to the ground floor entrance of your premises. Delivery drivers do not unpack, assemble, or move items inside.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

Assembly & Installation

Products may be supplied flat-packed or partially assembled depending on the item. Assembly instructions are included where required. Installation services are not included unless stated otherwise.

Delivery Inspection & Damages

We recommend inspecting your order at the time of delivery. If you notice visible damage, missing items, or packaging issues:

  • Note the issue on the delivery docket
  • Take clear photos
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery

If delivery is unsuccessful due to no one being available, incorrect address details, or undisclosed access restrictions, re-delivery fees may apply.
