At The Salon Furniture Hub, we take pride in supplying high-quality salon and spa furniture. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect choice, or if you no longer require the product. Please choose carefully before placing your order, especially for bulky furniture items.
Eligibility for Returns
A return, replacement, or refund may be considered if:
- The item is faulty or defective
- The item is significantly different from the product description
- The item was damaged during transit
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of the issue and the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Special-order upholstery colours or finishes
- Items that have been assembled, installed, or used
- Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable
Return Process
To request a return or refund, please contact us before sending any items back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
- Email our team with your order number and details of the issue
- Include photos or videos clearly showing the problem
- Our team will assess the claim and advise next steps
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is approved due to a fault or damage, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs. For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return freight and handling fees.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
